An app with the JS snippet installed counts as 1 thing. Connecting your n8n via API token doesn't use a 'thing' — only the workflows you explicitly pick to watch do. The free tier covers 3 things across any mix. All paid tiers are unlimited.
What happens when I downgrade?
You keep your data. If you have more things to watch than your new plan allows, we'll pause the extras — nothing gets deleted. You can pick which ones to keep watching.
