Terms of Service
Last updated: April 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of NoCrash. If you sign up for or use NoCrash, you agree to these terms. In these terms, "we", "us", and "NoCrash" refer to Global Leap OÜ — the Estonian company that operates the NoCrash service (full company details are at the bottom of this page).
We tried to write this in plain language. If something is unclear, email [email protected].
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Keep your password and API keys secret. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account — don't share login credentials. If you need multiple seats, use the Team or Agency plan.
- Tell us right away if you think someone has gotten into your account.
What NoCrash does (and doesn't) promise
NoCrash watches the tools you connect and tells you, in plain language, when something looks wrong. That's the job.
What we don't promise:
- That we will catch every problem. Some failures are silent in ways nobody can detect from the outside.
- That every alert will be perfectly timed. We aim for fast, but networks, third parties, and your own infrastructure can delay things.
- A specific availability percentage. NoCrash is in early access; there is no formal service-level agreement in V1. We'll publish one when the product is more mature.
Use NoCrash as a safety net, not a single point of truth. Don't rely on it as your only line of defense for things where lives or large sums of money are at stake.
Acceptable use
You may only ask NoCrash to watch things that:
- You own, or
- You have permission to watch them.
That means: don't point our URL pinger at someone else's site to harass them, don't install our JavaScript snippet on a domain you don't control, and don't use NoCrash to probe systems you have no business probing. We aren't a load-testing tool, and we aren't a stealth surveillance tool.
You also agree not to:
- Break the law with NoCrash.
- Try to break NoCrash itself (reverse-engineer the service, abuse the API beyond rate limits, attempt to access other accounts' data).
- Resell or white-label the service unless you're on the Agency plan, which permits white-labeled briefs and alerts.
- Send us content that's illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Agency tier — forwarded recipients
The Agency plan lets you forward alerts and weekly reports to your clients' email addresses
(the client_email on each connection, or any other recipient you configure).
When you turn that on, NoCrash sends email to a third party on your behalf. That changes the
legal picture, so we need a few things from you.
By enabling forwarded alerts or forwarded reports, you confirm that:
- You have the authority to give us your client's email address for this purpose, and your client has agreed (or has a legitimate-interest reason to expect) to receive operational email about the workflows you run for them.
- You will tell your client which company is processing their email address — that's NoCrash (Global Leap OÜ) — and point them to our Privacy Policy if they ask.
- You are the data controller for your client's email address. NoCrash is your processor for the limited purpose of delivering the forwarded message. The terms of that processor relationship are in our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms whenever you enable forwarding.
- You will keep the recipient list accurate — remove a client's email when you stop working with them, and respect any unsubscribe they send through us (we forward the opt-out signal to you and stop sending).
- You will not use forwarding to send marketing, newsletters, or anything other than operational alerts and reports about workflows you run for that client.
If your client complains, asks to see their data, or asks us to stop emailing them, we'll act on that signal immediately and let you know.
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoCrash, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, regulatory investigations, administrative fines, supervisory-authority penalties, judgments, settlements, damages, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to (i) your failure to obtain or maintain a valid lawful basis (including consent, where required) for any forwarded recipient, (ii) your misuse of the forwarding feature, including sending non-operational content such as marketing or newsletters, or (iii) your breach of the warranties in this section or of the Data Processing Addendum.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent the claim arises from NoCrash's own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or material breach of the Data Processing Addendum.
Plans, billing, and refunds
- The Free plan is free, forever, within its limits.
- Paid plans (Pro, Team, Agency) are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe in advance.
- If you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe prorates the difference.
- If you downgrade mid-cycle, the new plan applies at the next renewal — we don't refund the unused portion of the higher plan.
- If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then drops to Free.
- By default, we do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you have a special case (you were charged after canceling, the service was broken in a way you reported, etc.), email us and we'll look at it.
- We may change pricing. If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies to your account.
- Taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) are added on top of the listed price where applicable.
Your data
Your data is yours. We process it on your behalf to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You can export or delete your data at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records (for example, billing records for tax law).
Termination
You can cancel anytime from the billing page or by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if your usage threatens the stability of the service for other people. We'll usually warn you first; we won't always be able to.
Liability
NoCrash is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm — arising from your use of NoCrash.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to NoCrash is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 USD, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us will be settled in the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and email you. Small wording fixes won't trigger an email. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel — that's the cleanest opt-out.
